Noorsaz Studio is a lamp brand in Lahore, Pakistan. In short: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to talk to you about our lamps, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- From the waitlist form: your name, email, WhatsApp number and what you are interested in.
- If you message or email us: whatever you send, such as a sketch for a custom lamp.
- If you order: your delivery address and the details of your order.
- When you visit: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-term technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
This website has no accounts and takes no payments, so it never receives your card or bank details.
How we use it
- To tell you when your lamp is ready to order, at the founding price.
- To answer your questions, follow up on your enquiry, and quote trade or custom orders.
- To deliver your order and look after its warranty.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies today, and it has no analytics or advertising trackers. The banner asks in advance, so that if we add analytics later it only runs for people who allowed it.
Your answer is saved in your own browser, not sent to us. You can change it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Who handles your details
We never sell your details. We share them only with the services we need to run the business:
- Google, which stores our customer list in Google Sheets and our email in Gmail.
- WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, when we message you.
- Our website hosting provider, which runs this site and passes your form to us.
These companies may store data outside Pakistan. We would also share details if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until 24 months after we were last in touch, then delete them. We keep order records for as long as we need them for your warranty and our accounts.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or ask us to stop messaging you. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Only our team can open our customer list. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords or card details.
Children
Our lamps are sold to adults. If someone under 18 has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, we will update this page and its date. The Lau app is not covered here, and it will have its own notice when it launches.
